PLEASE NOTE: This registration form is to be completed once you have attended your first free trial class and wish to join our Toptots classes. If you have not contacted the branch note that completion of this registration form does not guarantee you and your child's class placement as you need to contact the branch before completing this form.

Please complete all the fields. This form will be sent directly to you and the franchisee that you register with. This is a legal and binding document.

1. Fees are payable in advance for the term. A pro rata fee is applicable on first registration.

2. NO WEEKS will be carried over into an additional term, for any reason whatsoever. Missed lessons may be caught up at the discretion of the licenced Franchisee - this includes lessons missed on Saturdays.

3. Classes / Workshops / Programmes are not held on Public Holidays. We / I accept that we / I may choose to attend another class if space is available to substitute for a paid class that falls on a Public Holiday.

4. After registration attendance and participation shall endure on an ongoing basis and will only be terminated upon the receipt of four-weeks PAID advance advance written notice.

5. An once-off administration fee of R250.00 is payable per child on registration.

6. We / I consent to the Franchisor and the Franchisee processing my / our Personal Information and that of my / our minor child only in respect of and limited to the registration, administration, invoicing, attendance / participation at / in Classes / Programmes / Workshops as reasonably necessary. Such Personal Information shall be discarded after termination of the Contract unless required for any lawful reason including for audits, claim / dispute resolutions, etc.

7. We / I consent / do not consent to have images and/or audios and/or audio-visuals of my / our child taken, used, shared, stored or otherwise used during any Class / Programme / Workshop for the following:

hereby declare that I / we have read the terms and conditions regarding the payment system, the privacy and data protection and other related items mentioned above. I fully understand and accept / consent to this information as binding upon me.

We / I also declare that we / I fully understand that neither the Franchisor, Toptots Early Learning SA, nor the Licensed Franchisee shall be held liable for any loss, damage, injury of whatever nature whether consequential or otherwise however caused, whilst attending or participating in Classes / Programmes / Workshops.

We / I also understand that our / my vehicle and its contents are parked at our / my own risk whilst we / I and our child attends any Class / Programme / Workshop.
