Meet Lydia Oldham
As a qualified educator with over 20 years of experience, Lydia brings professional expertise and heartfelt dedication to her Toptots Fairland branch. She has been part of the Toptots network since April 2014 and remains deeply committed to supporting the growth and development of babies and toddlers.
Holding a teaching diploma and certification as an Infant Massage Instructor, Lydia combines sound developmental knowledge with practical guidance for parents. She is passionate about empowering families to play an active and confident role in their child’s learning journey.
At Toptots Fairland, Lydia facilitates the structured Toptots developmental programme, guiding families through age appropriate activities that can easily be continued at home. Through purposeful play and supported interaction, children are encouraged to develop communication skills, early problem solving abilities and motor coordination, while strengthening the parent child bond in a warm and nurturing environment.
