Meet Caitlin Van Schalkwyk
Cait is a qualified Foundation Phase teacher with both local and international teaching experience and the owner of Toptots Umhlanga. As a mother of two young children, she brings both professional knowledge and personal insight into the importance of strong early foundations.
Since 2023, the Umhlanga branch has achieved the number one national ranking, reflecting the consistent standard of excellence upheld by the team. While Cait continues to pursue her teaching career, the branch is led on a daily basis by dedicated teacher Jaclyn, who facilitates the structured Toptots developmental programme in alignment with the Toptots framework.
Situated on the beautiful grounds of Reddam House in Umhlanga, the branch offers a vibrant and welcoming environment where purposeful play, connection and guided development come together in every class.
